Reconnect with nature and your innate creativity with monthly Nature Journaling workshops led by Mary Larson, Virginia Master Naturalist. Teens and adults are invited to practice collecting and recording observations of nature in various creative ways in a journal format. Each workshop will begin with a talk about nature journaling followed by time devoted to outside exploration and observational drawing or writing. This class involves optional walking on a mostly flat trail. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather.
