Applications for Crew Leader positions open January 1, 2026, and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please note there is no close date for the application, it will close once we have hired 10 leaders to support the male crews and 10 leaders to support the female crews. Crew Leaders must be at least 18 years old.

The dates of employment for the 2026 season are June 1, 2026, to July 23, 2026. The period of employment for YCC Crew Leaders will include a week-long training in early June, two 2-week sessions, and time between each session spent at the parks engaging in professional development opportunities.

Pay for this program is a stipend of $6,500 for Crew Leaders and $7,500 for Head Crew Leaders. The stipend will be disbursed in four equal payments throughout the season by direct deposit.

Crew Leaders may also receive internship credit for their participation in this program. Please coordinate with your academic advisor to determine whether this program meets your institution's regulations.

团队领导能够快速思考，同时还能在工作现场内外进行提前规划，以确保项目顺利进行。这包括解决工作人员之间的人际关系问题、通过电话和电子邮件与公园和项目工作人员频繁沟通、拍照以及使用保护教育课程来丰富该项目。

行政：

机组领导完成并提交文件，包括工作报告、机组成员评估、项目调查、可交付成果、事故报告和纪律表格。他们还负责监督船员的预算和食品杂货采购。
